My thoughts: it all comes down to a healthy lifestyle and creating good-for-you habits. It’s ok to dabble in this or that…you don’t have to say I am a Paleo eater or I follow the Ornish Diet because who is really 100%. Just because you are a marathon runner doesn’t mean you don’t do a little sprint work now and then.
