I lost 10lbs and fit into my prebaby clothes!!!  Also, have realized that I was eating too many carbs and I feel like I have more energy changing the amount I am eating. The Challenge helps you to get back on track without feeling hungry.  The Sara B Principles were definitely helpful.  Part of the problem is not knowing what you should eat.  Her recipes take out the guessing and you can prep a lot of them and keep for the week. 
Overall experience was great.  My goal was to lose 10 lbs and I did.  I also learned to eat healthier and how much better I feel when I do.
