My goal as your registered dietitian is to understand your unique challenges, specific goals, and distinct preferences. I am not here to tell you which foods you can’t eat, but rather encourage you to choose foods that will fuel your body well. You don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from the services I provide, I work with a variety of clients seeking nutrition coaching for improved performance in work, life, or play. Please trust that making lifelong changes does not happen overnight. This journey is a process requiring patience and commitment to your health.
